Questions About the Free Estimate

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The in-home visit, the measurements and the written quote cost you nothing and carry no obligation. We'd rather spend an hour finding out we're not the right fit than have you sign something you're unsure about.
What happens at the consultation?
We walk the space with you, measure, photograph, and ask what's not working. We talk budget openly — including telling you if what you want doesn't match what you want to spend. It takes about an hour.
When do I get the quote?
A written, itemized quote within 48 hours of the visit. For kitchens and bathrooms we also build a 3D model of your space, which takes a few extra days — and once you approve it, the price is fixed.
Will someone call me repeatedly after?
No. We follow up once. If you're not ready, you're not ready — and we'd rather you come back in six months than block our number.
Do I need to know exactly what I want first?
Not at all. Most people come to us with a room they don't like and a rough budget. Figuring out the rest is our job, and the 3D design is where it gets decided.
What areas do you visit?
